Operite zelenjavo, nato pa olupljen korenček in bučke narežite na tanke rezine (narežite na 4). V ponvi segrejemo olje in dodamo korenje, bučke, koruzo in paradižnik ter po okusu dodamo sol, poper in timijan. Pustite, da se zelenjava kuha, dokler se ne zmehča.
